In view of this, while reporting before the Commission for Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development, regarding the state of the environment in Kosovo, Matoshi indicated that Green Police would soon be activated. According to him, the state of the environment for 2017 points to a poor situation despite efforts to protect it.

Matoshi said that air pollution has also helped free coal delivery for KEK workers.

There have been cases that this coal has ended with sale. We are also on the agenda of coal seizures everywhere in the town of Pristina. The following days will have shares for seizures on the streets of Pristina. As far as family economies are concerned, we have not been able to make decisions because the coal is also used in the” institutions, said Minister Matoshi, broadcast the KP.

As chief of the Agency for Environmental Protection, Ilir Morina, indicated that in April they will come up with a detailed report. He added that air pollution excess started three weeks ago. He said the problem appears when there is no wind.

“Energeics is the largest pollutant, and thermal power plants remain the biggest pollutants. We've got some nitrous oxids coming out of the car. Most vehicles are very old and do not have catalysts. One problem that the Agency is researching is also the product of choice. It's a product controlled by the Ministry of Commerce, but it might seem to be more unhealthy than coal”, he said.

Commission Chairman Muharrem Nitaj said unhappy that by April they will not have a detailed report.

“Did you consider cutting coal use in collective dwellings”, he predicted. After that, today's meeting was postponed because of the extraordinary session.

Vetevendosje MP Salih Zyba expressed his dissatisfaction after saying very little was talked about the report.

After the break, the day for this meeting to continue is set for this week.
