Two seasons ago, The FSHF licensed Tirana to participate in Europe's Cups, hiding debts the White Team had. But according to U's rules EFA, no club is allowed to participate in competitions organised by the U EFA, if these clubs have unfinished obligations.

After an investigation by U EFA, it turned out that Tirana was in debt during the time it received its license from the FSF to play in UEFA Europe League, as the winner of Albania's Cup two seasons ago. For this reason, with an earlier decision, UEFA did not pour in Tirana's financial surplus, which the club benefited from participation in the League of Europe.

But what writes W EFA on the matter in question:

  • May 4, 2017, the Albanian Football Federation, namely the License Sector, rejects KF Tirana's request for obtaining the license for participation in UEFA Europe League.
  • May 13, 2017, The FSHF gives KF Tirana license to participate in UEFA Europe League, as the White Club appeals May 4th ruling
  • May 31, 2017The Albanian Football Federation sends UEFA to Tirana's documentation, clarifying everything is in order in terms of financial reports by the white club.
  • In June 2017, Tirana participates in UEFA Europe League, holding only one round of rounding system, and then disqualified.
  • On June 30th, Tirana presents it U n EFA's all financial reports, arguing it has paid off all debts to third parties, with a sum amounting to 432 thousand euros.

  • Meanwhile for this Tirana report, UEFA suspects and starts investigating the report submitted by Tirana. The investigation officially begins with September 15, 2017, from there the UEFA finds that Tirana had not repaid all debts, blocking the flow of the financial reward the White Club should benefit from its participation in Europe League.
  • In February of this year, the FSF investigation begins and is now closed. Finally UEFA found F guilty The SHF in this case, fined it a total of 100,000 euros.
  • Half the fine will be paid this year and the rest of the next season.
