The accident between a tractor and a car, including the two drivers and a passenger, occurred last night at the village of Buroja on Skowright.
He died at the University Clinical Centre in Kosovo as a result of the deadly injuries he received.
At the order of the prosecutor, the victim's lifeless body is sent to the IML.
While the two leaders have suffered injuries who, after medical treatment, have been sent to Pec Hospital for further treatment.
