This is aimed at reducing the scepticism of EU countries over decision-making for visa liberalisation for Kosovars, writes today “Koha Ditore”.
In addition, state officials have undertaken a meeting offensive with officials of these countries, with the goal that the visa issue be put on the agenda of this year's recent meeting of EU Council interior and justice ministers, the first to be held on 6 December-7 December.
Commissioner Hahn will be handed over the report on the scale of meeting the European Reforms Agency (ERA) for 2018, but also the list of reforms to be included in the 2019 ERA. No document is final. The government has warned to update the first one, with the goal of increasing the implementation rate through an emergency Assembly agenda, while the second is not expected to finalise it by then.
