The Court of Appeals today has rejected the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's complaint as unequivocal, thus confirming the act of Pristina Foundation Court, with which they had been released as innocent indictees charged.
The accused Bedri Robaj, Idriz Bilibani, Enes Goga, Mazum Mazumuri and Fuad Ramiqi have finally been acquitted of charges weighing on them.

Imam from Peja, Enes Goga, has said this decision has been expected, and that the process against them has been clean and transparent.
This verdict has been expected, I have said that even when the Constitutional Court has proven innocence, it has been known and expected. On May 16th, it was the last hearing where our innocence was declared by the Constitutional Court in Pristina, so we realized that day that everything is over. Our process has been clean and transparent, that's all I have to add to”, Goga said about the News.net.
Enes Goga has been charged because of the criminal act “Anger, division or national, racial, ethnic religious,”.
Against those accused, the free-law has been declared, arguing that with evidence and procedures in the judicial review, it has not been proven that in the actions of the accused met elements of criminal acts in question.
