A random passerby has found the Albanian body on a bench.
It was 09:15 minutes when Milan police received a call for a dead man on the road to Sidolı, and it was later found to be about an Albanian citizen, writes SYRI.net.
According to IlGiornos, police say he's passed away from the cold since there's been no signs of violence in his body or any other crime.
He had some coins in his pocket.
