Thus has the Court of Appeals enacted the Constitutional Court's decision in Prizren on the 17.11.2018.
Hysri Peani is suspected by the prosecution, due to the illegal exercise of medical or pharmaceutical activity, avoidances from tax, fraud and possession in ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons.
The Appeals Court finds that the first-degree court has provided sufficient reasons, on the legal basis for which it has appointed the measure of detention against it, to confirm the provisions of the Republic of Kosovo Criminal Procedure Code.
