Hysri Peqani, known as Burdushi, has been sentenced by Prizren's Constitutional Court to 1 year in prison and 5 thousand euros in fines for criminal fraud. The Court has also banned Peqan's profession training for the next three years.
First-instance court found Buddushi guilty of criminal fraud, an indictment of 2015.
According to the prosecution's indictment, “Burdushi” was charged with the accusation that from 20,06.2014 to 12.08.2014 in Prizren, hiding the facts and with the aim of illegally benefiting property for himself or the other person, or in order to cause damage to the other person, cheats or continues the injury.
Under this indictment, Prizren's Constitutional Court found him guilty of criminal acts charged with the act of Basic Prosecutor Prizren.
