You don't have to do the DNA analysis of the entire family. To reveal your child's weaknesses, knowing in advance what diseases are most exposed in order to comply with prevention, it may be sufficient to analyze the season of his birth. According to one American survey, in fact, the period in which it was conceived and the one in which it comes to life affects much health, determining predisposition or not to certain diseases.
Research was conducted by a team of American researchers in New York at Columbia University (SHBA). In fact, the authors had conducted a similar survey in 2015, taking into account the main health records of 1.7 million people in New York. Well, they found that there was a connection between the month of birth and the risk of passing some long-term concerns. For example, the analysis showed that children born in July and October were more inclined to asthma than others. However, this study did not highlight the factors in which pregnant mothers were exposed during pregnancy and who could have contributed to the danger of their children.
Over 10 million volunteers involved
In this new job, researchers have analyzed the health data of 10.5 million people from different countries: United States, Taiwan and South Korea. First, they noted that if mothers in the first three months of pregnancy had high levels of atmospheric particles, their babies were more likely to undergo a material fibrillation. Finally, children born to women who were exposed to high doses of carbon monoxide in the first quarter were born with children prone to the development of anxiety and depression.
Thin dust increases the risk of heart problems
Experts did not limit themselves to these findings, but tried to find explanations for these connections. They found, for example, that the risk of vibrations is higher for children born in New York during the winter because the first quarter of pregnancy corresponded to the summer season when pollution is the highest in this American city. High blood pressure, on the other hand, is associated with an increase in the risk of aerial fibrillation.
Understanding the effects of the birth season on health may help to find new ways to prevent certain diseases, such as the recommendation of seasonal management of certain prenal extensions./Pernets.al/
