Former American ambassador: Albanians' Future Sad

Former US Ambassador Alexander Arvizu has returned to Tirana for a several-day visit, but not now as an official.

Invited to the news show on Top Channel, Arvizu tells how he found Tirana and Albania four years after his mandate ended, to leave former Ambassador Donald Lu.

It has been mired in one of the most controversial phenomena in Albania in recent years, moving towards EU countries and beyond.

Arviz comments on this phenomenon as a sad situation and, according to him, it's because many things don't work properly. <

This is a big problem.

When I was here, I was impressed by young Albanians, collegers, and when you meet people with energy and intelligence, and the arrival is better. <

But if they leave, it's a big problem.

This, because there are many things that don't work properly, they just don't work. Maybe corruption.

People get frustrated and run, in the United States, Europe.

Your future is sad, I know Albanians love their country no matter how frustrated they are here.

They are forced to leave for a better life, but I hope this thing changes”, Arvizu said.
