Suspect Arrested in Prosecutor's Objection

Paya's Founding Prosecutor has detained the suspect L.R, under suspicion that the same one had injured V. M, which was allegedly taken by the state of Montenegro in order for the latter, to withdraw from prosecution against him, near this prosecutor, for two criminal acts of “Canosje”, for which the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec vs indictees L.R. By 18,10,2018, she had set up two charges where the victim was damaged V.M. And her family.

With this fact noted, the prosecutor of the case has immediately ordered the detention of suspects L.R. which was in the lobby of this prosecutor's case, and he has made a decision to start the investigation because of the alleged suspicion he had to commit criminal work again “Cassusion”.

Also, against the defendants, Pec's Constitutional Prosecutor, has submitted the request for the detention assignment on the grounds of doubt that the same could repeat the same criminal work at the expense of the injury and impact the normal course of procedure by preparing protection in his behalf.
