In a letter from Special Chambers Speaker Ecatarina Trandafilova, whom KTV has seen, it seeks the opinion of the group of lawyers that are part of the working Group for Victims Protection, prior to the formation of the permanent body that will be called the Independent Representative.
Trendafilova Consultations have asked them for the Code of Professional Ethics for Protectors and Prosecutors before Specialised Chambers.
Trandafilova has given the parties deadline to give their opinions until November 12th.
Part of this processing group will be Kosovo lawyer Artan Cerkini, who has told KTV that he will work with others to establish the permanent body of lawyers.
After the establishment of this body, the Special will be ready to begin full work.
