Haxhi Shala, chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for KSF Supervision, says the Law on the Army of Kosovo will be voted in the Assembly next month.
Votes in favour of this Law, according to him, will provide over 100 deputies.
During the next month (November) the legislative part for the Kosovo Army will be completed.
So has Haxhi Shala, chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for KSF Supervising, adding that the Law on Army will vote on over 100 deputies in the Assembly.
Shala says convinced that even Kosovo's international partners support forming the country's military through law, and that initiative will not be able to block the Serbian List.
Serbia's “List cannot procrastinate the formation of the Kosovo Army, because this process can be voted in a simple majority. There are over 100 votes in the country in front of the Kosovo Army”, Shala has announced to “Zerin”.
He has reiterated his party's stance, the Social Democrat Initiative, against President Thaci's initiative for “correction of borders” with Serbia, calling it a dangerous game of the country's first.
As for the opposition's initiative to oust the government “Haradinaj”, Shala has said neither the LDK nor the LVV have yet to ask their votes on the issue.
