It emphasizes the guarantee for the Serbian Orthodox Church, which they believe should have full rights over 44 religious objects.
The text also highlights the issue of the particular area for the protection of Serbian heritage: Manchesters, Decani, Gracanica, Peja, Patriarchate, Banjska, as well as other church temples in Gjilan, Shtrpca, Skenderaj, Cline, Rahovec.

Otherwise, Kosovo Office Director Marko Djurovic has said Serbia needs to be in the Brussels dialogue.
