Minister Nenad Rikalo is determined not to implement these documents, Koha Ditore writes today.
The Foundation's second decision is the answer to a Ricardo complaint. With it the minister's request has been rejected, for canceling a verdict on the same court, regarding the conclusion of the previous ruling by the Independent Council of Overseers.
And the council's decision abolished Ricalo's decision to suspend Hajdari's work and demanded that he return to chief position.
