Seasonal flu is an infectious disease that spreads from one person to another through coughing, testing and close contacts. Flu symptoms begin unexpectedly and may last from several days to a few weeks.
Anyone can be affected by the seasonal flu virus and spread it to others. But people at greater risk of being infected with the seasonal flu virus like:
Kids under five, especially until age two.
- People 65 years old and over.
-Girl pregnant.
- Chronic disease people.
My usual symptoms of seasonal flu are: fever, fever, cough, fatigue, throat pain, head and muscle, diarrhea, nose leaks.
According to the newspaper “Health”, the best way to fight the flu is to vaccinate, preventative daily measures, and to treat antivirus drugs if the doctor recommends them, or alternative medicine such as teas and fluids.
