The news of the “Justice Vow” has confirmed Besim Cateazi, director of the legal office at the President's Office.
Catetazi has added that the decree has been forwarded to the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
Former prosecutor Blakaj had resigned on 15 August. A few days after his resignation, Blakaj, through a post on his social network, Facebook, has shown his reasons for his resignation and for threats and pressures, which says there were times when he was investigating the case of KLA veterans.
