Former White House National Security adviser Dina Powell announced to US President Donald Trump that she is not interested in taking Nikki Haley's place as US ambassador to the United Nations Organisation, stressed American administration sources for Associated Press.
Mrs Powell, 45, manager of”Goldman Sachs”, spoke directly with President Trump asking him to remove her name from the UN candidate list.
Despite the closeness with Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kouchner, Powell was also opposed by National Security Adviser John Bolton.
