The head of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Kadri Veselin, has attended the Freedom Summit in Chisinau, Moldova, organised by the Alliance of Conservators and Reformers in Europe (ACRE).
This grouping, uniting the centre-right conservative parties, constitutes the largest-growing political movement in Europe.
Header The PDK has spoken at this summit about the achievements of the Republic of Kosovo since the country's Loria, its declaration of independence, construction state and the path to Euro Atlantic integration. Wessel has spoken to the ACRE members about the values of the Democratic Party of Kosovo and the continued reforms he made to always be serving citizens.
The Alliance of Conservators and Reformers in Europe unites parties committed to individual freedom, national sovereignty, parliamentary democracy, rule of law, private property, low taxes, free trade, free competition and decentralisation of power.
This grouping uniting the centre-right conservative parties constitutes the largest-growing political movement in Europe. A CRE currently constitutes the third largest group in the European Parliament. Within the European Union, they promote the principle of Eurorealism, aiming for the EU to be less bureaucraticised and less centralised and where independent states to play more role.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo, since it promotes similar principles and values, will soon become part of this group because this is the natural political orientation”, the head of the group has said. Kadri Wessel's PDK.
