MPs go to vote on the bill that saves the Adem Jashari complex from ruin

The Kosovo Assembly has failed to adopt the bill for the memorial complex in Prekaz, as there has been no quorum since the Serb List has not participated in the vote, nor has Vetevendosje nor the LDK been at all in the session. Commission for Agriculture, Forestry, Rural Development Muharrem Nitaj has demanded that [...]
The chairman of the Agriculture Commission, Forestry, Rural Development Muharrem Nitaj, has demanded that it be removed from the agenda, but has still been put to the polls.
The bill on the Memorial Complex is of extraordinary importance, postponed and not voted for all time. We're seeing that today the odds are too small for this bill to pass. We've visited the Memorial facility, Adam Yasharı as a commission, and we've seen that a very catastrophic situation in holding the Jashari Towers. It's of great importance to pass this bill, but since the numbers are as they are, I propose that the vote of this bill be postponed for the next meeting and that we don't send a very bad message that you're getting out of voting and it's not passing”, Nitaj said.
The bill has also been responded to by Social Democrat Initiative deputy Enver Hoti, who has said this bill has had to pass the first time.
He even blamed himself LDK and VV that haven't been in the hall to vote on this bill.
I have a request for maybe VV and LDK political groups that are not here, I think they should be here near the hall and when this bill's turn to come in and vote. We know the situation at the Ademi Jashari Memorial in Prekaz, and I think it's a total responsibility of all MPs, political groups, unless this bill is voted down today”, Hoti said.
Regarding this failure, MP Arben Gashi for Periscop said this answer should be found in coalition partners, which other bills pass and not.
This answer has to be found in the coracion partners. Why they pass other laws and do not pass the law on the memorial complex Adam Jashar. They can do that without us, Gashi said.
