A month's detention for Pejani that for 10 years forcedly held in touch with a female
The Foundation Court in Pec has appointed a month of detention for a person from Peja who for ten years has tortured and held a woman hostage without her will.
“Since August 2008 until September 7th, the suspect has, in effect, been forced into sexual relations with victim B. A, in that way that when the victim was 16 years old, he forced her to go into a relationship from time to time without her desire and did not allow her to establish a marriage relationship with someone else by threatening those who have sought to have contact with her damaged cases by feeling threatened and presenting the case to the police. ”
A.A. allegedly committed a criminal offence. Also, suspects in his house have been found without permission.
