Miclovci gives a remark in the Bill on the Army

Vetevendosje MP Adem Mikulovci has had a remarks regarding the draft law on KSF.

He's said it seems pointless to expect 5,000 soldiers and 2,000 militias.

Perhaps, he said, his counsel is strange, but yet it is something he cannot understand.
