Merkel and Macron relax with a beer

German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Emmanuel Macron met yesterday in Brussels' central square after the end of summit talks yesterday evening with Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel and Luxembourg counterpart Xavier Bettel, according to Belgian press

The four ended up in a bar, at midnight, among tourists and total relief.

It was very good, we got French fries and a beer because, even though we're politicians, at the end of the day we're people”, said Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel.

Bettel said he paid the bill, in sign of celebrating Sunday's election in Luxembourg.
