Bulnjak-Rexhepi requires accountability from the STAT for the removal of department and division directors within the Ministry, but also for training for 35 MANT officials, a training organised by a party member institute Social Democrat Initiative, a party from which Minister Shyqi Bytyqi himself comes.

Questions and Accounting for August
Minister of the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology must answer these questions and account:
1) Why did the directors of the STAT departments and divisions drive them away and who takes responsibility for financial losses if the ministry loses the indictment that had warned the expelled and degraded directors at their posts within August?
2) Why were more than 30 thousand euros given for the three-day training of 35 August officials from an institution that should be investigated by the Anti-Corruption Agency for any conflict of interest, after allegedly the minister and head of the institute could have a joint party affiliation?
- Why is such expensive training being done in Budva, at one of the most expensive places in the region, found? Can't training be done at the offices of August, Pristina, or Boga?
- Why is training at this time, when it is known that it has been made for the loss of attention to the protest of the banned directors within August? Why was training done to move or hide this scandal?
- I ask the Minister of August openly how this institute won the three-day training tender, what competition, or open procedure through procurement?
- Why is the minister hiding or not publishing a working report for universities? Is the report over, or isn't there any courage to publish it? What's going on with the evaluation and the processing report?
I publicly invite each media or Anti-Corruption Agency to show that there has been a conflict of interest with the director of this joint party-based institute and such expensive training?
