In an interview given to the newspaper “The new age”, Gucati, has stated that for veterans of “hateful” and list abusers must be issued the amnesty Law.
According to him, they should be forgiven, but they must hand over certificates.
However, if certificates are not delivered in the previous term, Gucati said they should be punished and return the means.
He has stressed that politics has broken this process and that it has to fix it.
Gucati has suggested there will be no interruptions of pensions without court ruling.
