The Kosovo Energy Corporation-based Training Centre is the only centre in the region in which potential candidates have the potential to be trained professionally and equipped with internationally recognised licenses.
All candidates interested in this professional training must go through three stages. The treatment begins with the theoretical part, continues with simulations that are the only ones in the region and ends with the practical part on the field where all the heavy machinery in which candidates have the opportunity to perform the field practice until the trainers have gained sufficient knowledge both in terms of machine use and security.
With the conditions of the Centre, legislation and sophisticated training modules at this centre has been expressed quite pleased, Shukri Plana, who is attending training at this centre.
The tablet has shown that the greatest time in training is the practical way. That, according to him, is of great importance because they are machines of all levels and in very good condition.
“During this time practical work is accomplished, besides being taught the high levels of security at work and the control these machines must be made before and during their work. I think all companies should bring their workers to this centre because this aside from advancing workers increases the level of security as well as preserving heavy machinery that have high costs. When you're well trained and professional in these professions then the results at work are much better”, says Plana.
On the other hand, Coach Elmi Konjusha points to the priorities of training for those who decide to learn the use of heavy machinery.
The practical part of the original candidates begins with the simulations we use here, which are the only ones in Kosovo and the region.
“Simulators are devices which are somehow virtual cars in which candidates are trained. But they don't know anything from real machines. But with these simulation machines, the risk of damaging the car or damaging other people who are for about” has been indicated.
While KEK Training Centre leader Safet Ymer has shown that there is increased interest in companies and candidates to pursue training in these provisions, which the Centre offers.
He has said he has so far trained hundreds of corporate workers, but also other companies and institutions.
We have trained 15 Kosovo Security Force candidates. Of them, eight received international certificates from the American company H. EV ICERT, while seven of them have received certificates from Centre”, Ymer said.
He has shown that candidates who apply for training heavy machinery are preferred to age and healthy because these are specific training and seek special skills.
