Thus, the case known as the false <x0veterians” will be tried by the court headed by Judge Nushe Kuka-Mecaj.
While the case against Kosovo Parliament MP Milaim Zeka, suspected of fraud and money laundering, has been divided to Judge Mustaf Tahiri.
At the KDP meeting, it is also decided that provisionally transferred judges will remain in Pristina for 12 months.
Thus, transfer will continue judges Nushe Kuka-Mekaj, Mustaf Tahiri and Lutfi Shala.
They will also be committed for 12 months in Pristina, following Pristina Foundation Court Chairman Aferdita Bytyqi's request, which judges in question continue transfer for another 12 months because of their commitment to subjects that are related to visa liberalisation.
Judge Mustaf Tahiri had demanded that he return to the Ferizaj Court for personal reasons, but his request was rejected.
Judges in question were transferred on May 2nd of this year to the Founding Court in Pristina with the aim of treating and resolving all cases of corruption, in order to ensure visa liberalisation for the country's citizens.
