The magazine also lets Amazon know that almost 14 percent of its value was lost in ten days this month.
Other US billionaires who made big money on internet platforms scored losses as a result of the market crash.
Google founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page lost $4.3 billion and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg lost 2.4 billion. Lost on the stock market was also the head of Microsoft Bill Gates $1.8 billion.
However, Bezos and Gates remain the richest people on the planet, with $12.4.7 billion, respectively.
