“Given the fact that the level of global debt is considerably higher since the time of the last crisis in 2008, there is a danger that some parts of the financial system for which there is still no regulation will cause global panic”, says IMF “Regulatory Reform report: Ten years after the recent global financial crisis”, writes Guardian.
The international creditor says “observers should be careful about these developments”.
As the reason for concern, the IMF considers the dramatic increase in credit from <x0banks in shadow” in China and on the other hand failure to impose strict restrictions on companies and security funds that manage assets.
