This exercise is aimed at enabling training and training for emergency situations, such as earthquakes and floods.
Present at this organisation was Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, who, thanking KFOR for his contribution to peace and security in Kosovo, said there is great respect for all those women and men, especially for those who have lost their lives in the ministry.
“We are proud today that with your knowledge of your expertise, you help us, that you have your partners, the KSF, most are here, and we should be proud of what you achieved as KFOR in Kosovo, and I'm pleased to see how the Kosovo security institution, NATO and many others are working together. I am also very happy that the Silver Speed is not only an exercise but the testimony and dedication of what will live forever, confirming that Kosovo, all the 17 of which are here today, will continue with this legacy”, Haradinaj said.
He has added that this exercise will help the country face emergencies, natural disasters or other crises.
While KFOR Commander Salvatore Cuocci said that despite all, they have managed to present the difficulties and present this exercise at the best level of technology and professionalism.

Cuoci: This model will serve you for management of crisis situations
We've been trying to transfer to you a model of how a crisis situation is managed. We thought this was the right way for a model state, a model institution that should deal with this, so we're trying to transfer these skills to you.. So this was something very difficult for you, too, to manage this, because we have such a complicated environment in which we want to carry out our tasks and this is something really amazing even the way you're doing this”, Cuocy said.
The exercise includes 17 agencies, for which Kosovo's prime minister said it is a good practice, because there are those who have met for the first time. According to him, we will be able to cooperate.
