Haradinaj adviser doubts Blackaj has handed copies of veterans' file in Serbia

He says he throws it after his name has been found on fake veterans' lists.

In KTV's interactive, Syla said if Blakaj had the right to suspect him and others, others have the right to suspect the former prosecutor's work.

He had access to all the material. If he suspects that I am not a real veteran, I doubt a copy of that file with statements has gone to Serbia. I have the right to doubt him, when he has also doubted me. If he suspects me, I too have the right to doubt that such a copy is in Serbia. I have no evidence, but does he have any evidence that I am a deceitful veteran? Maybe Serbia needs the Special Court list as a documentation. There are claims of veterans confirming that someone was part of the war, on these shares. If I'm suspicious of this job, even I might suspect something like that”, Syla said.

He has said that how veterans' organisations want new investigation process and has welcomed the court-made decision that the file returns to the Special Prosecutor for improvement and clarification. According to him, the process should not return to the beginning because more applications would open up.

He also said that the government's offices with these documentations had a camera and changed the cylinder for the purpose of offering the safest approach to former Blackaj prosecutors. He said that no official could enter without a police officer, but not a single policeman without government officials. All this was said to be Blake's request.
