So has Diaspore Minister Dardan Gashi said during reporting concerning the Dysporian Law and other issues from the ministry's field activity before the Parliamentary Commission for Foreign Affairs, Diaspore and Strategic Investment.
Gashi has acknowledged that Kosovo has failed to make solutions for Green Carton.
To create a law as comprehensive and as far as I am concerned about the diaspora, Gashi proposed that public debates on this bill and the debate over diaspora participation in Kosovo institutions be made in the states where the diaspora is located.
Gashi has announced to the Commission that cultural centres have closed all in the diaspora, and according to him, the idea is that with Albania these centres are in common.
Self-Determination MP Pacolli has said that someone should take responsibility for why cultural centres in the diaspora have been established and failed. By means of this bill, Pacolli is doubting that the Diaspora Ministry is misleading the diaspora for Green Carton and the diaspora bank.
Minister Gashi has said they think that by means of this law there will be a solution to the creation of the Green and Bank Carton for the diaspora, tasking Government with Law.
Initiative MP Zafir Berisha said the diaspora should be more active on the political scene in the country and should well analyse the diaspora representation in the assembly.
On the issue of public debates in diaspora, the chairman of this Commission, Vjosa Osmani, has raised the issue of spending or covering them.
