EU cut: Kosovo joins army, only under Constitution

She reiterated the EU's view that for the transformation of the KSF, procedures are needed to be carried out in line with the Kosovo Constitution to take into account the “interest and concerns” of all sides.
“Process must be in line with the Kosovo Constitution and should take into account the interests and concerns of all communities in Kosovo, including the partners, subjects and relevant organisations”, Kocijancic has said of the Serbian news agency “Tanug”, Ksp broadcast.
It has not commented on how the adoption of the Law in principle will affect the transformation of the KSF without the Serbian List's consent in the dialogue on normalising Belgrade-Pristina relations.
Kocijancic said the EU remains fully committed to Kosovo's development and advancement as an integral part of the EU agenda for the Western Balkans.
