According to the presidential press office's statement, Erdogan and Trump have agreed in Khashogg's case that he must be cleansed in all respects. Khashoggi was not seen since 2 October, when he entered the Saudi consulate in Istanbul, the Anadolu Agency reports.
After several days denying that he knew of his whereabouts, Saudi Arabia on Saturday confirmed that Khashogg died during a clash that occurred at the consulate. On the day Khahoggi disappeared, another 15 Saudis, including some officials, arrived in Istanbul with two planes and visited the consulate, while he was still inside, according to Turkish police sources.
All identified individuals have issued Turkey. A joint Turkish-Saudi team has completed investigations into the case Thursday, after inspecting the residence of the consul general as well as the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. President Erdogan earlier said he would make a statement on the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi on Tuesday during his group's meeting in parliament.
Sources also said that the phone conversation of the two leaders included topics for pastor Andrew. Brunson, co-operation in the fight against terrorism and the guide to Syria's Manbiy.
