dieting:
8 cups of boiling water
6 lemon - squeezed juice
6 large honey spoons
Some ice cubes
10 leaves of mint
Preparation:
Warm up the water, but it doesn't have to burn much, no more than 60 degrees. Add all the ingredients and let the mixture stay in the refrigerator for several hours.
Finally get the drink. In each cup add an ice cube because the body melts energy to heat water or cold food.
Before breakfast, drink a glass of this mixture, with more salads.
At 11: 00 a.m., drink your second cup combined with nuts and straw.
For lunch, boiled eggs and green salad with olive oil and apple vinegar.
At 4: 00 p.m., you should have another drink.
For dinner, fish or chicken salad. Two hours before bed, drink a glass of this lemonade.
