Details from the indictment of murder among cousins in Jégoci's Vubica

I got closer and I tried to hit him with a hammer but another person took it out of my hand and then I saw a black gun in his belt and ran home and took my father's hunting rifle. I'm out on the street, my mom's out in the rain, and my gun worked on purpose to scare her.
