Citizens of millions of debts, water, heat, and waste

Kosovo citizens' debt to the state has reached millions of euros. Only for water, waste and heating, the value of Kosovars' debts behaves around 90m euros. It's mostly owed to them to have irrigation, while it's not even a small amount of money they haven't paid in years for “money” and “Termocos”.

All these debts, companies offering these services are considering collecting through lawsuits in courts, private owners, or making individual cuts for debtors.

Months for months, Kosovars' debts to the state are only going up. Since the postwar, the value of their debts amounts to millions of euros.

Although they want to have 24 hours available, when it comes to paying bills it turns out that they are not regular at all. Only for water, waste and heating, the value of Kosovars' debts is brought at around 90m euros.

Most of the debt, they're going out to have the Regional Water Company” Pristina”, while it's not even a small amount of money they haven't paid for in years “Cleaning” of “Thermokos”.

Since the post-war war, consumer debt totals about 50m euros.

All these debts, this company is trying to bring them back through private accounts.

“The company “Cleaning” is using the form of delivery of subjects to the Private Master, that is, for those who are indebted and do not fulfill their obligations on the waste bill”, Ademi said.

The value of debts to the heater also amounts to millions of euros.

From the post-war to the present total debt, which over 13 thousand consumers have dealt with “Termocos”, amounts to 17m euros.

Termoko's spokeswoman, Aferdita Uka, has told Gazeta Express that remarks will be sent to the debtors, filed indictments, and that they will co-operate with those responsible to insolve debts.

Until it declares that the last measure will become individual cracks.

Asked about the debts the institutions have to these companies, Uka says institutions are regular payment of heating bills, and none of them owe the company.

Meanwhile, Behxhet Shala, executive director of the Council for Protection of Human Rights in Kosovo days earlier, had declared that the most efficient way of running or paying fines would be to establish a special department that would make accelerated executions of these decisions.

“The most efficient way is to create a special department under the Constitutional Court that would make accelerated executions of decisions, whether of the Police or of the courts, so that the case of the private owner does not go through, as the owner of their actions very often jeopardises the existence of citizen”, Shala had said about the media. /Express/
