Isiah Dequan Hayes, 19, and Daireus Jumary Ice, 22, were indicted by a great jury in Memphis, Tennessee, for being charged with the gross sexual exploitation of a nine-month-old baby.
In October 2016, the victim's mother found a video of the telephone attack and immediately reported the men to the authorities, broadcasting Periscope.
In one of these videos, the suspect can be seen being exposed and being touched by a nine - month - old child who was naked from below.
The investigators identified Hayes, who was 17 years old at the time, and Ice, who made the attack video.
Ice and Hayes are being held in Shelby County Prison.
