The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has filed charges against one of the three suspects involved in the brutal attack that was caused against former prison director Sokol Zogaj in August last year.
31-year-old Burim Zjeqi is charged by the prosecution for committing criminal work “Attack the official person while performing official task” by Article 410, par. 2 connected to Article 33, par. One and two of KPRK. The newspaper “Voice” has secured the indictment, which was established on October 22nd, in which the overall flow of attack that has already been made to the former director of the Sokol Zogaj Nuclears
According to this indictment of Burim Zjejqi at 16.08.2017, around 7:12 in the neighbourhood “Ulpiana” in Pristina, following preliminary agreement with two other suspects, Blerim Avdullahu and Gur Mulli for the attack on that time, the task of Kosovo Coordination Director-General (SHKK), knowingly and deliberately contributed to the creation of conditions for carrying out the criminal work, in the manner that he had directed the type <x> VW Golf IV”, with Italian license plates, with which he helped the two defendants by transporting them to the scene from Podujevo to Pristina, writes Zeri.
