One of President Vuciq's most severe critics and his idea of partitioning Kosovo, says Belgrade has repeatedly asked for a partner in Tirana who supports that idea, and has finally found Prime Minister Rama.
She claims that the talks initiated two years ago by Vuciq and Rama in Nis had been revealed immediately by Washington and London.
Biserko has mentioned other names of key Western figures, which according to him have supported the idea of partitioning Kosovo.
Among them are Wolfgang Petritsch, who works in a legal office that lobbies for the Serbian government, Tony Blair, former American Ambassador to Belgrade, Cameron Munter, Alex Soros, but also Ivan Vejvoda, Jelena Miliq and Ivan Krastev.
She says convinced that the idea of partitioning Kosovo comes from Belgrade.
At the end of the interview, Biserko has also talked about resolving the Kosovo issue with Serbia.
