The accused L.P. on December 9th of last year about 19.00 in Pristina had deliberately deprived the minor- now the late S.P so that after a dispute between them they had argued and had begun to punch each other, while later the accused L.P calls back the late SH.P.P. to meet and then had hit him four times after the wounds he had received failed to survive and changes life in QUK.
