According to the Court, on August 20th, around 14:25 minutes, in Pec, Western Union's subsidiary, in order to bring itself illegally rich benefits, armed with a gun of unknown type and serious possession of weapons at gunpoint to the injured has committed criminal robbery, in a way that while wearing hats on his head after entering the upper pistol branch in his hand, leads to the same damage from which he demands to hand over the money and immediately passes the other side of the counter where he takes money from the cash in the box and calls from the list of many euros, after the defendant flees the scene.
With these actions, defendant V.H. allegedly committed a criminal robbery. The defendants have been assigned the detention measure for a month's length from 04.10,2018, to the date 03.11.1818”, the tribunal's communique said.
Against that ruling, the parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals.
