From now on, quadrous shortages in health institutions have begun, while those of technical, cyber-intelligence and information science have long been lacking and this problem will grow further with the largest development of these sectors.
Young people's flight is mostly noted in minority peoples, especially Albanians, whose numbers in Montenegro are falling day by day.
