Zeka meets with international partners, tells of projects about migration

Initially, Deputy Minister Zeka thanked those present for their continued support for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other local institutions in the area of migration.
At this meeting, he briefed attendees on the priorities identified in the migration field for 2018, such as those of nature and the drafting of legislation and policies, development activities in the area of migration.
Participants at this meeting were IOM representatives, UNHCR, EULEX, the European Union-funded Twinisation Project and the Project for empowering authorities for migration management in Kosovo funded by the Swiss Government.
Summit participants agreed to co-ordinate all activities in the area of migration in line with priorities set by the National Co-ordinator for Migration, as well as to continue with the increased dynamics in providing support and technical assistance in the area of migration.
