In this regard Foreign Minister Jtlir Zyberaj's media adviser to Blic has stressed to the newspaper that there is no information Vulin has asked for permission to visit Kosovo.
However, he has stressed that when one of the Serbian politicians makes such statements, of course the permit to visit will be refused.
I just don't want to prejudge because the same formalist has yet to submit a request to visit our country. In similar circumstances when people who give statements that promote violence and conflicts according to Milosevic's thinking seek permission to visit Kosovo, the visit will be rejected”, he told Blic newspaper.
According to him, Kosovo is a sovereign state and state rules are obliged to respect everyone.
Meanwhile, Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj has reacted to statements by Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin, who said the Serbian Army is monitoring the situation in northern Kosovo following the assassination of Oliver Ivanovic.
“Declarations like this of Volin are a threat to security in Kosovo and could cause destabilisation. The situation in the northern part is calm and stable. The institutions responsible for security are Kosovo Police, KSF, KFOR and Eulex-I” wrote Hoxhaj.
