UNMIK shocked by Ivanovic's murder

Special Representative of Secretary General and Chief of UNMIK, Zahir Tanin, has been shaken by the murder of Oliver Ivanovic leader of the civic initiative Freedom, Democracy, Justice near his North Mitrovica office this morning, and strongly condemns this act.

He believes that investigative bodies will work quickly and effectively, ensuring that all international agencies on the ground are willing to support authorities in any way that can help catch those responsible for the crime.

“Explores my sincere condolences and that of the entire UN family, Ivanovic family and friends,” said Tanin.
