While in Kosovo the initiative for abolishing the Special Law has been warned, the institutions leading up to it have said they are focused on fulfilling their mandate, based on the constitutional amendment and laws adopted by the Assembly of Kosovo.
Kosovo's “Specialised Chamber is focused on implementing its mandate in line with the Law adopted on Specialised Chambers and Specialised Prosecutorship, as well as in line with the constitutional amendment.
