Each of the teachers will be profiled for a class of these levels, Koha Ditore writes today.
This August initiative has not yet flown to any school, which education connoisseurs express doubts that such a step could be a next experiment.
The minister's adviser, Valmir Gashi, has not indicated why this initiative was not flown to any school, but has expressed confidence that such a step aims to raise quality in education.
