Elbasan police have put a 49-year-old man in international search by Interpol Roma. Elbasan police have put a 49-year-old man in international search by Interpol Roma.

Official sources suggest that Arthur Lolupa, known and named Luan Tabaku and Robert Cani, has been sentenced by the Turin Court to 6 years and 6 months in prison for criminal acts “Exploitation Prostitution”, “Plagation” and “Keeping fire weapons without permission”.

He had been declared in search just a day earlier by Interpol Rome.
