Rexhep Selimi shows whether to support Vetevendosje initiative for special abolition

Rexhep Selimi, deputy of the Vetevendosje Movement in the Kosovo Assembly, says the party he belongs to will vote on abolishing the Law for the Special Court. According to him, the initiative to undo the Special Court would have to take the Government or President Vetevendosje Movement would vote for the abolition of the Law for the Court. [...]

The Vetevendosje movement will vote in favour of abolishing the Law for the Special Court.

So has made it known during an interview with the newspaper “Voice” Movement deputy “Vetevendosje”, Rexhep Selimi.

But while the Movement “Determination” has decided to support this court's deterioration, those weeks ago did not attend the Assembly of the Assembly's Headship, called for the very issue, which Selimi has said over 40 MPs' signatures are more important than the Assembly of Headship (if even without quorum) to call the session.

Selimi said over “Zerin” that the initiative for the break-up of the Special Court would have to be taken by the Government or the president, but, according to him, they are using “id individual” and other roads for this.

Selimi said the pro vote of the movement “Vetevendosje” for the abolition of the Special Court is being done, not for the protection of specific individuals, but for the citizens of Kosovo.

Meanwhile, the request for the abolition of Specials has come on 22 December of the year we left behind by 43 deputies of the ruling parties (who had collected their signatures).

Despite this, the session has not yet been scheduled, since on December 22nd the Prioria had failed to hold the meeting after its failure twice in a row, while the Parliament is still at rest (until January 15th).
